April 25, 2023- Hilton, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, recently recognized the hotel teams and their respective leaders as Award of Excellence recipients for their 2022 accomplishments. The annual awards program acknowledges hotels across the Americas – including the U.S. and Canada – for exceptional performance among several key customer criteria, including cleanliness and overall customer service and satisfaction.
Considered one of the most prestigious honors among Hilton properties, the Award of Excellence recipients demonstrated the highest level of quality and service across the brand in its division. The criteria to win this award includes the hotel’s Overall Guest Experience, Overall Guest Service, and Quality Assurance Scores.
Out of 778 Hilton Garden Inn branded hotels, Hilton Garden Inn- Columbus/Edinburgh is one of just 32 properties in the U.S. and Canada to win this prestigious distinction. “Winning the Award of Excellence is a testament to the dedication and professionalism of our team. Many of our team members have worked at this hotel for multiple years and constantly strive to provide the best customer service for our guests. I am thrilled to share this award with the team and celebrate all of their hard work,” said Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Edinburgh General Manager Daniel Arnold.
Out of 2,438 Hampton Inn branded hotels, Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis Franklin is one of just 122 properties in the U.S. and Canada to win this prestigious distinction. “This was a complete team effort. The award is a great accomplishment and shows what a team can achieve when they work together towards a common goal,” said Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis Franklin General Manager Debbie Speziale. “Our hotel opened in June of 2020 and our hard-working staff has done an outstanding job in providing award-winning service in all departments.”
Selected as leaders among the organization’s nearly 5,300 mainstream, upscale and luxury hotels across the U.S. and Canada, these 2022 top performers received engraved trophies and a celebration kits along with acknowledgement in Hilton’s internal Hotel Bulletin.
